Origins of Inner Strength
The Reformer workout strengthens and lengthens the muscles, aligns the body, and requires focused
attention to detail. The body is taken through a series of exercises utilizing spring-tension, straps, and
a moving platform designed to flow from one movement to the next.
The intensity of the workout may be modified by adjusting the spring tension used for the exercises.
