Fundamental Mat is the introductory class for those who have never taken pilates or need to review the basics. We offer modifications for those with osteopenia/osteoporosis in our fundamental class. These movements are designed to protect the spine while increasing strength, flexibility and increasing resistance a to the bones.
Toolbox is a mat class which uses the ring, foam roller, stability ball, and bands to go deeper into the body.

Pink Ribbon Classes
Exercise may be the last thing you feel like doing after breast cancer
surgery. You’re probably exhausted, your arm may be painful and swollen, and the adjuvant treatments can make you feel even worse. All you want to do is rest. In the past, that’s exactly what doctors recommended. However, recent studies indicate a link between moderate physical exercise and improved quality of life for breast cancer survivors.
We are dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle and positive body image to all breast cancer survivors. The Pink Ribbon Program will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This program is suitable whether your surgery was recent or several years ago and accommodates all fitness levels.
Benefits of the Pink Ribbon Program:
· Reduces feelings of depression
· Improves self confidence and control
· Helps regain strength and mobility in affected shoulder and arm
· Enhances energy levels
· Helps to control weight
· Improve sleep
· Alleviates fatigue
· Decreases stress and tension

Tower Classes
The ½ Cadillac-Tower is a versatile piece of equipment. It may be used to gently lead the body to become more flexible while developing strength. It may also be used to challenge the elite athlete. Though it is most often used in personal training, it is also appropriate for classes when all participants have similar abilities.

MVe (Chair)
Multilevel resistance is used to increase flexibility and sculpt the body. Four resistance levels challenge all abilities and make it possible to shift intensity to modify or advance exercises. The split spring-resistance pedal works both upper and lower body while challenging the core.

Reformer Classes
The Reformer workout strengthens and lengthens the muscles, aligns the body, and requires focused attention to detail. The body is taken through a series of exercises utilizing spring-tension, straps, and a moving platform designed to flow from one movement to the next.
The intensity of the workout may be modified by adjusting the spring tension used for the exercises.
